Pilgrim lifecycle
Twelve stages.One person.
The lifecycle owns no record of its own. It reads CRM, packages, quotes, bookings, finance, documents, journey and operations, and reports one continuous state for the person in front of you.
Capabilities
What this engine doesand what it does not.
Each capability below carries its real status. Anything marked planned is modelled in the platform and not yet operating.
Twelve stages
Intake, qualification, package, quote, booking, readiness, departure, arrival, journey, return preparation, return, completed.
Evidence, not assumption
A stage completes only when the canonical record proving it exists. A date is not a departure.
Ten readiness domains
Payment, documents, visa, health, transport, accommodation, food, group, communication and journey.
Attention surfacing
Blocked and at-risk pilgrims are raised, with the reason and the owning engine named.
Pilgrim 360
One page holding the whole lifecycle for a person, with deep links into each owning record.
Group 360
The same view aggregated over a group, so a departure's weakest link is visible.
Predictive risk scoring
Forecasting which pilgrims will slip before they do is designed, not built.
Connected by design
Nothing here works alone.
This engine is authoritative for its own domain and reads everything else from the engine that owns it.
CRM
Intake, qualification and quotes come from the sales record.
Bookings & finance
Booking and payment states drive readiness, not a manual checkbox.
Documents
Requirement completeness is read from verified documents and their expiry.
Operations
Departure, arrival and return are evidenced by operational records.
