Rafiq

Rafiq is the conversational layer over the engines Rhlah already runs — not a separate assistant with its own copy of your data. It answers from your records under your own permissions, and anything that changes a record is proposed first and executed only after you confirm.
- What is Rafiq?
- Rafiq is Rhlah's conversational layer. It reads your CRM, pilgrim, journey, sourcing, booking, finance, operations, QR, network and website records through the same engines and permissions your team already uses.
- Can Rafiq change my data?
- Only through the existing action pipeline. Rafiq proposes a change, shows you what it would do, and executes it after you confirm. The run, the tool calls and the outcome are recorded in the audit trail.
- Which languages does Rafiq speak?
- English, Arabic, Urdu and Roman Urdu. It replies in the language it was asked in and preserves names, references, dates and amounts exactly as recorded.
- Can visitors to my website use Rafiq?
- Yes, once you switch it on for that site. The public assistant is a separate, closed tool set: published packages and services, approved FAQs, public organisation details and enquiry capture. No customer, booking, finance or document data is reachable from it, and it is rate limited per visitor and per site.
- Is Rafiq included in my plan?
- Rafiq uses the AI entitlement on your subscription. Where AI is not entitled, Rafiq says so rather than answering.
